I am a qualified chartered architect with 30 years’ experience across a range of sectors including domestic, residential, leisure, education and commercial.

All domestic projects are unique and allow a close working relationship with the client. Whilst my passion is for contemporary solutions, traditional designs can also be provided. Examples are included on this site with every project receiving the same focus and attention regardless of size, budget or style.

I have no preconceived ‘house style’ and no generic designs or design approaches. Each project is assessed against the brief, the budget and, most importantly, the context. All designs are a product of these factors with the context response being critical to a successful outcome.  A holistic approach considers the balance of the quality of the internal spaces against the external form and appearance. Considering any of these in isolation may not result in the best overall outcome.
